Now we have had a couple of issues since, but they were expertly handled by Bill in service.  I have since been relocated to Calgary and still Bill in service  was able to help us out with a warranty issue that was not covered intially.  This certainly reinforced our belief in buying the warranty. 
When my turn comes to buy the truck I want, I will be dealing with you folks again,even from Calgary!

I recently purchased a loaded 2008 Suburban LTZ, from Stop 23, and after the first week ( on the first trip! ) a wheel bearing failed which also resulted in damage to the axle and the caliper. I proceeded to have the vehicle repaired that day, as I was on a trip. Bill at Stop 23 was very accommodating , and willingly paid for the repair, without any conflict! Now that is how a business takes a very satisfied customer and turns them into a super satisfied customer......we could all do with more business experiences like that!!

Upon bringing the issue to the attention of  Bill and staff it was dealt with immediately. 

The vehicle was given an inspection and a quote was given and while I waited in your service department the vehicle was fixed and in a very timely matter.

On March 23, I picked up a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited that I had purchased on the previous Saturday.  I feel that it is important to tell you what a positive experience I had.  It was refreshing to be treated fairly and honestly.

Having purchased more vehicles that I care to think of in the past 30 years I had always felt that the dealers and salesemen would say or do anything to make the deal, and there was always the hidden fees and little things they did that would irate me.  This is a common theme that most people have which maks buying a vehicle a stressful experience for most.

Bill Watson was upfront and honest about all of my concerns with the vehicle.  Everything was handled professionally and the final thing that impressed me was receiving a $25 voucher for fuel after handing me the keys.

I will not hesitate to recomment your dealership to family and friends.

Just wanted to say "Thank-you" for the incredible services we received when purchasing our truck from your dealership.
We drove from Mississauga early one Saturday to view a GMC Yukon Denali that I saw on-line.  My wife Crystal has never really enjoyed the whole car/truck buying routine, but your representative Bill Watson put her at ease immediately.  Bill is very professional and spoke to my wife's concerns.  He then handed the keys to us for a test drive.  I have to say that we were mildly surprised that Bill did not insist on coming on the test drive.  Being from the GTA, we are used to dealership representatives joining the test drives.  It didn't take long for my wife and I to decide that we wanted to purchase this truck.  When we got back to the dealership, Bill explained all the options that were available to us.  At no time was he pushy or aggressive and he patiently answered our questions and concerns.  We also purchased an extended warranty for this vehicle.  It seems Nationwide Warranty is an absolute "dream" warranty.  Needless to say, we have complete converage until the truck reaches 200,000 KM.  As my wife doesn't drive much every year, we were especially impressed with the "unlimited" years with the warranty.
You should be very proud of your staff and the way they treat your customers.  All dealerships are built the same with bricks and mortar.  It is the people inside that truly make a business successful!
We will have no problem referring friends and family to Bill and STOP23 Automotive.  When it is time to purchase a car or truck for my son and daughter, I know we will visit STOP23 first!  Your pricing is excellent.  We noticed a huge price difference from the city!!
It is definitely worth the drive to STOP23

My recent purchase went off smoothly, despite the fact that I did not test drive or even view the vehicle and needed it delivered over 500 km away on relatively short notice. 

During negotiation and closing of the deal, arranging financing through a remote bank location, and arranging delivery and pickup you were a true professional. 

While I have not had the opportunity to drive the vehicle long enough to confirm it is "defect free", I am comfortable with the factory warranty information and the dealer commitment that you have provided. 

The Escalade looks beautiful, I am completely satisfied with the price. No buyers' regrets here. The next time I shop personally or corporately I will check Stop23 first.
